Vinification : The grapes are harvested by hand at full maturity and are cold- macerated and pressed . Fermentation takes place in small French oak barrels , where it continues the maturation of fine lees for 12 months . Following a further period of aging in the bottle for about 10 months.

Aroma: Intense aromas of white fruits and flowers , roasted notes and Mediterranean
Taste: dry , aromatic taste , full with a nice freshness , lingering long on the palate .
