Vinification : The grapes are harvested by hand at full maturity and are cold- macerated and pressed . Fermentation takes place in small French oak barrels , where it continues the maturation of fine lees for 12 months . Following a further period of aging in the bottle for about 10 months.

Colour: intense yellow with golden reflections

Aroma: Intense aromas of white fruits and flowers , roasted notes and Mediterranean

Taste: dry , aromatic taste , full with a nice freshness , lingering long on the palate .

Serving suggestions: Structured dishes of seafood and regional land , fatty fish , mushroom risotto and typically dishes from strong aromas .

Serving temperature : 12-14 ° C .
