Growing method: spurred cordon.
Density of plants: 5200 per hectare.
Harvest: last days of September first days of October.
Grapes and picked and selected.
Vinification: the must remains together with the skins for
about 3 weeks. After 3 months in steel vats the wine is transferred to 20-30 hectolitre barrels of Slavonian oak. The aging in wood continues for about 3 years after which the wine lies in bottles for 1- 2 years. Before bottling the wine undergoes a light filtering.
Alcohol content: 13.5%.
Characteristics: deep, ruby-to-garnet-red in colour. In the mouth, pleasantly dry,
