UNIT PRODUCTION:90tons/hectare equivalent to 2kgs grapes/plant.
VINIFICATION:pneumatic press loading of whole grapes; soft pressing with a 60% yield; only the must is used. Fermentation in steel tanks at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts
TIR AGE:in the bottle in accordance with strict traditional rules.
AGING:in underground cellars at a constant temperature of 12-13° C for well over 75 months on own yeasts.
ALCOHOL CONTENT:12.5% vol.
