The Chianti Classico Subolaia of the La Lama farm is produced only after a careful selection of the best bunches of Sangiovese grapes. This grape variety, used in purity, gives this wine a broad and fruity bouquet, dry and harmonious taste, typical of the ancient Sienese territory, between the Arbia and Malena rivers and the Chianti mountains. The choice, the grape harvest and the vinification are personally followed by the Campani family, which carefully takes care of the aging of the product put to rest for three years in small barrels of 6 and 10 hl. to accompany it to the bottling. Indicated with red meats and medium-aged cheeses.
