Tasting notes: Deep straw yellow colour. The bouquet on the nose reveal vegetal notes, sage and tomato leaf with a hint of rosemary. As the wine is left to breath for a few minutes, the aromas open up to display the crisp scent of elderflower, canteloupe and grapefruit. The palate accords perfectly with the aromas already perceived on the nose. In the mouth, the acidity blends elegantly with the global complexity of the wine.
Food Pairing: Perfect with shellfish, prawns and lobsters. Pairs well with Catalan lobster, Sauvignon turbot, bread crumbed sardines
