Nose characterized by a good concentration of small fruits (blueberries, blackberries and cassis),
blackberry jam. Spicy notes of cardamom, black pepper and nutmeg are followed by hints of juniper
and aromatic herbs, the palate is soft and harmonious, supported by a nice acidity and minerality.
Preservation and service: our wines are stored at a temperature of 16 +/- 1 ° C with relative humidity
around 85-88%. We strongly recommend to keep them in the same condition and bring them to room
temperature at least one day before serving and open without decanting at least 30 minutes
