Grapes: 65% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot 15%.
Alcoholic Ration: 15%. Tasting Notes: purple-red with purple reflections.
Intense and complex nose of dark fruits (blueberries, blackberries, mulberry),
raspberry jam, with balsamic hints of eucalyptus and juniper; noble spiciness of black
pepper and cinnamon, notes of liquorice and vanilla. On the palate it is velvety, soft and harmonious,
of great pleasure; sensations of small fruits are re-experienced, leaving room for a balsamic
and mineral finish.Viticulture: vineyards planted from 7000 to 10000 vines
per hectare, espalier and Guyot-trained, biologically processed and biodynamic processes,
manual harvesting.Vinification: fermentation in vats of French oak wood with spontaneous fermentations.
Maceration: 14-16 days. Aging: in new French oak barrels of 225 liters for 18 months,
then in bottles for over 15 months. Storage and service:
our wines are stored at a temperature of 16 +/- 1 ° C with relative humidity around 85-88%.
We strongly suggest to keep them in the same conditions and to bring them
to room temperature at least one day before serving them and open without
decanting at least 30 minutes before consumption.
