Aging: Aging in small Slavonian oak barrels and drums in French oak for about 36 months,
obtaining a complex and homegeneo complex.
Aging: 4 months of aging in bottle. Put on the market the 5th year following the harvest.

Intense ruby red color tending to garnet. Elegant and intense perfume.
Dry, warm, robust and persistent. It goes well with first courses, game, roast red meat and aged cheeses.
